Some moderator somewhere needs to make a sticky topic explaining this.
Okay, the short version:
You cannot attach pictures directly to your post. What you need to do is host your picture somewhere. There are lots of options and I'm not going to discuss the various ins and outs of web storage of pictures. Do a Google search for Picture Hosting or Image Hosting. Follow their directions and upload your picture to their server.
Google Search for image hosting
Once you have your picture hosted, copy it's URL which should look something like this:
http://www.triumphchepassione.com/im...5-sinistra.jpg
(not exactly, but it should start with http: and end with either .jpg or .gif depending on your format. .jpg is preferable.)
Now, when you want to post a picture you need to use BBCode (Bulletin Board Code). The easy way to do this is to click the black button under your message input window that says
IMAGE. This will give you a dialog where you can paste the URL for your picture. Then just click
Okay and finish your message like normal.
Or you can actually enter the BBCode yourself. It will look something like this, except the brackets should be square brackets[]:
{IMG}http://www.imagehost.yourpicture.12342.jpg{/IMG}
Using the black
IMAGE button just does this for you.
Other buttons do just what you'd think they do.
BOLD makes your text bold and
ITALIC makes your text italic.
URL lets you put a clickable link in your message.
I hope this is clear, because this question gets asked a lot.
