Not really, since unless you crawled completely onto the top side of the bike I still can't see much dragging from that picture. Where in that picture is the first piece of hardware that would touch down, assuming your body never touched first (somehow)?
Hm... let me come at it a different way. Your origional question was (as I understood it) "How can rearsets be dragging before maximum lean angle, if, from the picture (not of me, BTW) it looks like the persons knee would drag first?"

I say, you are right, the knee does drag first, then as the lean angle further increases, the toe slider begins to drag, then leaning still further, the rearset peg begins to drag. At that point (rearset peg touching), I thought there was even still a little lean angle left (I could've leaned a little lower still), but since metal was dragging, I didn't push it any lower.

Better?

OK I guess I was confused by "rearsets". Those would be the passenger pegs?

Um, no. Rearsets are so called (I beleive) because they're mounted behind the swingarm pivot, ie when sitting on the bike your feet are behind your knees as you look down giving less than a 90 degree angle at the knee.

The passenger pegs are the rusty unused appendages that no-one uses on a triple :-D

"rear" for the above mentioned reason. "Sets" because the right side is the brake lever and footpeg "set" and the left side is the shift lever and footpeg "set". The term rearset refers to the entire assembly, and rearset peg refers to the footpeg. This is as opposed to more cruiser type bikes which have the footpeg peg sticking out of the frame and a completely separate shift lever and brake lever.

Simply put they're the pilot's foot pegs and foot controls, installed as a bolted-on assembly.
