Despite 100% original and having blooded it countless times,
it is still far from a 2 fingers touch when you need to come to a stop: too much lever gap and a spongy feeling.
A friend of mine got the same problem on a Sprint after a few thousand kilometers from new.
A master cylinder of poor quality ?
Is there someone around who had experienced the same problem and managed to sort it out ?

Pleased to hear, thanks

My 03 front brakes turned to mush after a few thousand miles. I remedied the issue by installing EBC Double H pads. I think the factory Triumph pads get worn down WAAAY too quickly and are likely what give the bike that squishy feel. Now with the HHs, I hardly have to pull much at all to get the bike to grab and stop. I fear I may blast my rotors and pads though doing excessive stoppies now...

I have the same problem on my 2000. I've also tried to bleed 'em a couple times w/ no results. I have replacement EBC HH pads, when I get around to puttin' them on I'll let ya know.
