Are there any aftermarket mirrors for 05 S3s? Can't see much out of standard mirrors. The front brake reservoir is cable tied to the mirror base! Looks like they took the mirrors off a Tiger and used them in this particular production run.
Due to the cable tying these can't be true production mirrors!
Can they??
The bike is fantastic.
I have had a speed four (low on power) and a Tiger (fast but top heavy, lousy off road) before this bike but this one takes the biscuit.
Fast, nimble and awesome to look at. Handles so well you feel safe!!

CRG bar-end mirrors. There is info on this forum. I have them and recommend them. They look cool and are well-built. Run a search on "CRG" in this forum!

I agree. Excellent quality, you get what you pay for......a convex mirror so you get a wide view and no vibration, at least on my bike. Worth every penny.

The CRG mirrors are the way to go. I sat on the fence for a few months as the wife/Minister of Finance was not crazy about me spending the money on the mirrors. Don't bother with the adapters. The mirrors will fit with the stock bar ends.

They work great, no vibration, you can see what is behind you, and clean up the look of the bike by getting ride of the moose antlers.

I received many comments and pics on theses mirrors so read up.

Thanks ! I checked witrh the dealer. He borrowed the reservoir bracket! Replacement coming. The standard mirrors are from the tiger.
He also showed me a bar end mirror. Not sure what type but looked good. He ordered a set. I will check what brand.
It is also possible to get replacement brackets to change the standard mirror mounts to make the bar end installment cleaner.
