Spark Plug Change_and shear!

Hey Guys.

06 speedy just out of warreny, doing my own 12k service.
I changed my plugs this weekend, changed to the new updated seals on the coils as I found that water got in this winter to the plugs.

Plugs where corroded and I took some care changing them, they got soaked in WD40 for a few hours to help release them,
Long Story short, plug 1 sheared off and left the body in the chamber.

Can you guys help me out.
How much engine do I need to strip to get to the other end, in recession times I need to do this myself! Can anyone point me to a useful thread guide to do this, not stripped an engine myself yet, but need to learn real quick!!!
