Finally completed part 2, which means finished!

For those of you who missed the critical part, please go here for CRG Roll-A-Click Lever Mod Part -1

I bought the gold levers because of some of the features on my particular bike - the Dymags & the 2BR pipe. A little darker in colour but they still look nice complement.

& now for the final pics:

Brake lever AN-521 is on the top; Clutch AN-681 on the bottom.

Mounted on the bike:

The three different levers:
Left is Kawasaki, centre is CRG and the right is OEM Triumph (a little tweaked at the ball-end!)

The critical measurement from fulcrum to cable nipple is 35mm on the Kawi & CRG and 30mm on OEM.

I'm delighted at how this turned out. There is a considerable range on the adjustment - much, much more than the OEM on the brake! (& I'm sure similarly vs the '05 clutch lever)

If anyone is looking for a set of CRG's just like this, PM me and I will reply with a source for these at $82 each ($164 the pair)shipped - pretty good deal - I happen to know he has some available right now!
(I'm not affiliated with this seller or CRG in any way - just making info on agood deal available & didn't want to publish e-mail address directly on the 'net)

I'll take some wider angle pics with more of the bike at the weekend.

Thanks for the write up Decosse.
I spoke with Joe at CRG not too long, who told me that they were working on a direct application for the 955i [Dayton&S3]. Anyone hear anything new about this?

I spoke to him about a month ago before embarking on this route - he said they weren't doing anything with Triumph. I even offered him a lever to dimension but he declined, said he was too busy to undertake something like that for a small market.
Incidentally, all the late Triumphs have the same lever pattern - even the adjustable '05 models are interchangeable back through at least the T5 series, although the lever moment is slightly longer on the '05, similar to the Kawa length.

I see.
Maybe w/ all the exposure the new S3 is getting, and w/ the new Sprint, and the soon-to-come 1050cc Daytona, it won't turn out to be such a small market. But then again, Jap bikes own the US sportbike market. Oh well.

I've been looking at those levers for awhile. This is what I want to pick up for my 05 Triple.

I'm not sure there is a switch on that however SprinklerHead - it would mean having to hard-wire it for always closed condition.

The value of that lever is that it has the single cam action adjuster which is really for racing - don't think you'd ever really use it for street. Sure is sexy looking though.

We should hook up one of these days - I'd love to check out your '05 - I'm just up the road in Pleasanton.
It's going to be nice this weekend!
