Speed3 Conversion / parts

Hey guys.

I have an '00 RS that I was thinking about working over. I want to do a look alike front clip. Someone told me that the RS and triple had the same mounting points, so I could swap a Speed Triple headlight onto my bike.

Anyone know if this is possible? If so, what year range parts would I be looking for?

Also, I saw some pretty cool Triple's that had the blinkers mounted on the radiators on either metal or plastic fairing pieces. Anyone know if the radiators are the same from the RS? Would those brackets work on my bike?

Any suggestions?

I am not too familiar with the RS but I think your frame is different. Check out bikebandit and look at how the headlights/gauges mount for the S3 and see if it looks similar to your bike.
