Lifting the tank

I have an 07 S3 and was wondering if you guys are able to swing the gastank up by just undoing the allen key by the handle bars of if you also have to undo the bolt at the back of the tank and lift it straight off. It looks as if you should be able to, but mine gets caught on what looks like the airbox and wont just flip up.

Contrary to what the rear bolt looks like..... it is not a hinge. You have to remove it, lift the tank straight up, and unhook the fuel lines and pump.

I undo both and lift off. I don't recall being able to tilt it back to get under it. It would be nice if that was an option. I don't think you can.
