I'm undecided about CRG mirrors. I want to make sure they have the right look and are functional. Could any of you please post pics of your S3's with these mirrors.

Thanks in advance

Mike

I hesitated in the beginng also when I first got my S3, go for it, you wont regret it.

Looks good, functions superbly, folds away effortlessly. Only negative is, you wont be able to see your elbows anymore.

Hey Sir_Loin,

Whats that you've got mounted on your left handlebar in the second picture.....where the mirror used to be?

I used the vacated 10mm bolt hole from the stock left mirror to mount a radar detector.

Just cut some industrial plastic or thin metal sheet a wee bit less than the overhead footprint of your detector. That way it won't be visible. I used industrial velcro on the unit and the platform. Painted everything (but the velcro ) black including the bolt and lock washer so she blends in.

Velcro has held to 115 without any issues.

The amount of velcro was 3"x4" on both the unit and the platform. 12 square inches of industrial velcro is strong stuff.

Speed3,

Two Brothers can? Looks to be a slip on?
How was the power increase? Did you remap or PowerCommander?

Ya know, the usual exhaust questions.

It's a TBR C4 Carbon slip-on. I had the Triumph high mount tune put in, and it's smooth throughout the powerband. I don't know how much power I gain with it, but the sound is worth the price of admission! I put an adjustable timing wheel on the bike, way back, advanced the timing 5 degrees, and noticed a considerable gain in torque, especially at lower rpm's. Cheers.
