The pain is that you cannot buy from this company online. You have to A) send an email with your credit card B) send a fax with your credit card C) wire transfer from your bank.

Then you have to hope that someone that understands just enough English will deal with you so you can complete the transaction.

I have been back and forth with them several times. It seems that someone different responds to my email (if I'm lucky) each time I write. They take forever to answer emails and when they do, they barely understand your message (even using Babelfish) and you'll be lucky to understand theirs.

Look thru the wheel on the chain side, you can see the back of it, it's obviously brushed aluminum and much shorter and more compact than the stock plastic one, which I've already removed.
