Help, Need Parts for Wrecked Bike

Me and my S3 went for a slide yesterday and as expected some of parts are wrecked (I'm o.k.).

I'm trying to find a store where I can buy parts for my bike directly. The local store said that they would have to call a store in the states to see if they stock the part. If the store doesn't stock the part then they would have to order it from England. I'd rather do the searching my self and get rid of the middle man.

Can anyone recommed a reliable store to order parts?

I'm looking for:

-camshaft cover (it's on the left side of the engine and delivers oil to the camshaft).
-shift lever
-left front signal light
-bar end
-bar weight
