Moving Mail

I find it a bit disappointing that someone else decides to move my mail around the forum. Yes I understand the need for basic rules but surely we are adults and have some discretionary powers. I like reading twin talk. I post two stories about TWINS, one very specific to new Bonneville. They live for a few days where I judged they should reside. People read them and make comment. They appear to have been delivered to the people that I thought would be interested in them. Some views cross two or more forum titles, either put a comment in every forum that you, the controller, thinks they should be in, or leave them in the one chosen by the author to target. It is their mail after all and they should be able to decide who gets it.

no...you are fodder...which is why folks aren't here anymore.

...and enjoy those mc accessory mailers.

I would say Merry Christmas, but was personally informed this forum is not a message board.

so we just play by those rules.

It's not mail. This is a forum. Content that is not specific to the twins board gets moved to a different board, to reach the right audience / as wide an audience as possible. In many cases, this is Biker Hang Out, where the majority of wide ranging topics are discussed. Others go elsewhere, it all depends on the subject matter. The threads still exist, and get to be viewed by all the appropriate parties.

You should be more open to viewing other areas of the forum, there are lots of different topics for discussion, and many different points of view.

The forum is not a message board as Modre says (yes I'm the one who told him) that's what PMs are for.

Everyones gone have they?

Threads that serve no useful purpose get closed. Just like this one.
