Website access failing?!

Since yesterday i have serious problems trying to access website. Most of the time only banners come up, with the posting area empty! Even to post this message I had to click "reload" 4 times to get to edit screen! Is it only me - local issue or clever trick to force everybody to sig for "premier" membership?!

was happening to me last night at home also. Sometimes it would work if I kept refreshing the page multiple times. Right now, at work, all is working well.
