Can we get a Hawaii riders group subforum?

I've been searching for a Hawaii riders group on the forum. It would be a great source of info for the islanders, as well as visitors and those relocating there. (such as I)

Mod: please move to proper forum if needed.

There is already a subforum in the RAT area that covers Hawaii, but no-one has ever posted in there.

As for a separate subforum.....well that aint likely to happen, given the small number of Triumphs here.

Any time anyone has wanted info about coming to Hawaii, all that was needed was to post a question in the Biker Hangout and the few Hawaii riders would answer.

What part of Hawaii are you relocating to?

Thanks for the heads-up on the Biker Hangout. I may do Maui or the Big Island...not sure yet.

There's a lot to consider before shipping the bike and buying a plane ticket, I know.

I blew off the idea of relocating to Hawaii. I did, however, do a great ride into and all the way down to the tip of Baja. Now back at home and work in central Cali, I'm preparing for my ride North, to Alaska.

As part of the states, Hawaii is not a place that I'd like to go, unless for a vacation. And then to rent a scooter to ride 30 mph roads. Unless they had a ferry to Australia....
