I don't really see this as being necessary and it is quite a nuisance.


Waiting for approval for a new thread is one thing, (I don't care for that either, but it's not such a big deal) but is there really a point to having a moderator approve my comment in my own for sale thread?


If there were a ton of mods here it wouldn't matter, but sometimes you have to wait a whole day. Seems silly

Yes it would be silly if it was meant to be that way but the system appears to have reset itself on an old Classified setting and reversed some of the permission settings.

Any member can respond to a Classified thread without pre-moderation.
Only members with 30 posts and 30 days membership can actually post threads in the Classifieds which are pre-moderated to ensure pics are included. (Except the Wanted Classifieds where threads are not pre-moderated).

The Mod in charge of the Classifieds is away for a few days so approval of some threads has taken a bit longer than normal the last few days.
