Thanks pushrod, I need to put some time and money into this upgrade. There is a local guy who can help me out too. I sort of like the Nitron, at least from what I have read.

Good to know, when I was at the show, in NY last January I did talk with a lot of reps and I was sure the Penske guy told me they did not make a shock for my bike. I should call and make sure.

Well I don't know the conversion for US$ to CA$, but 11K seems high unless it is for both, then it is a great price. 3200KM is about 2000 miles so they have very low mileage. I do 2000 miles a month....

I have never tried to remove paint, but have sanded and repainted ABS. If you remove the panels a body shop may do a very nice job and in the end the cost maybe well worth it.
