Waiting 3 months for refund from RideGear
I bought some pants from these b@stards three months ago. I returned them because the knee armor was on my shins, 3" below my kneecap. Got an RMA, sent them back, and no refund.
You can never get them on the phone. Their voice system asks you to leave a message at the tone, only guess what? No tone. It just hangs up. I've emailed repeatedly, and they reply with "we're working on it".
Oh, and forget about any assistance from PayPal. I filed a complaint with them, and their reply was "sorry, we don't do refunds".
Beware.
