Triumph Camo Jacket

Has anyone seen or have the Triumph Camp Jacket? It's listed as being "cotton ripstop". Is this a riding jacket?

I saw it today when I picked up my bike. Nice jacket, but offers no riding protection at all, basically Triumph Casual wear.

I was told the same thing by a store manager when I asked about the Triumph Camo Jacket... that it was more of a "casual" jacket than a riding jacket. Well I bought it anyway because I'm sucker for camo and all things "military" looking.

I can say this; it is made very well of a heavy, cotton ripstop fabric. It can be water-proofed. Most importantly, it has shoulder and elbow pockets accessible from the inside of the jacket. I slipped the pads in from from my other jacket and they fit great. The only thing missing is a back pad, which I'm not a big fan of anyways. Has velcro-adjustable sleeves and a higher than normal collar that works nicely with my helmet - no wind gap. Definitely not tour-ready but handles my "casual" rides well.
