Triumph Rochester Mesh Jacket?

Is anyone familiar with the Triumph Rochester Mesh Jacket? I bought the Rivton Jacket last year and have been very happy with the quality and looks. It has become my primary cool weather jacket. If the Rochester is of the same quality and will flow enough air, I will probably spring for one for this summer.

I'll be the guinea pig.

I really like this as a hot weather jacket. It has cordura on the shoulders and top of the arms, the rest is mesh. CE armor is located at the elbow and shoulder and it has a back protector. The sleeves are zippered at the bottom with a snap tab, like other Triumph jackets. I like this feature as it makes gloves easy to put on. The inside is lined with a soft nylon mesh and has an interior pocket.
I wore it over a tee shirt last week when the temp was in the mid 80's (F) and there was plenty of air flow. In fact at highway speeds it was almost too cool. For comparison, the mesh is a little tighter weave than the JR phoenix and more open than Icon mesh jackets. It is a close fitting jacket, so the armor should stay in place in the event of a get off. Sizing is a bit smaller than US sizing. I wear a 44 (US) and bought a 46. It fits perfectly. This is consistent with the Rivton I bought last year. There aren't any adjusters for sleeve size or waist, but I don't really need them. There are 2 slash pockets on the outside and an 8 inch pants connector the works with Olympia AirGlide II pants. I paid about $150 for it and the quality is very good. Overall I would say it is a good value and the Union Jack on the arm is a nice touch.

I also have a Rochester. My only complaint with the jacket is the solid Cordura upper arms. There is no flow there, especially with the black fabric. So on very hot days, it is not the best option. I have a Cortech now that is much better for air flow which is why I use it as my everyday jacket. On anything other than the hottest days, the Rochester is great. Just my opinion.
