Help me please! not recieved jacket from ramp triumph

I 've ordered Yhst-83820109539579 Rochester Mesh Jacket from 27/12/07 until
now,I donot recieved the jacket and cannot contact anybody by email at ramp triumph so anyone could help me please if this forum is not respond for this problem i'm sorry about that ,I'm living in Thailand.

First check with your credit card company to see if the order was billed. If not, you can continue to try and contact them. Or, try to cancel the order and stop payment. Here is the contact information for them. Good luck. Tell us how it turns out.

Hi RWRIGHT
My credit card had been charged since Jan 3,08.

I tried to e-mail them to their e-mail address about my order,but the mails were failed.
Calling them from here (Thailand) is not the good option because these will cost me a lot.

I am not sure what the reason that made my order .

What should I do? Keep waiting ???
Do you have any suggestions ?

Does anyone have any problems with order at Ramp Triumph gearshop before?

I've not had any personal experience with them however here is a link to the Bonnevilleamerica.com forum where there was a long discussion about them this time last year.

Apparently about this same time last year there were some similar problems with timely delivery and posting to credit card accounts without notice of shipping. But, they did have a huge sale going on that probably swamped them with orders.

Just FYI this is a Yahoo Store Merchant. Yahoo Smallbusiness (http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/) has features in place that can automatically notify a customer of order processing status each time it changes. My guess is they either aren't familiar with this feature or have chosen not to activate it for some reason. At any rate it's pretty poor business policy to not keep the customer informed.

Bottom line: I would wait a while longer for the slow boat. If things don't happen then file a charge dispute with your credit card company and let them handle it. Be sure to check with them right away though cause there is usually a time limit on filing disputes.

I had placed an order with them at the end of November, beginning of December (My CC was charged on Dec 4) and I got my stuff Jan 2. It all came in good order and I'd order from them again.

These is a big help for me.After reading a long story ,I will take your advise give them a little more time for slow boat.
I will call my creadit card company also.
