Hi. It seems like a straightforward question, but it's more involved! If you enlarge the Retro Racer Jacket picture (m or f) versions and click on the last picture view, e.g.

frame 6, it shows detail of the lining.
The bike on the right (no. 9) is that of, I'm almost sure, Percy Tait. He was a test & development rider and a works racer for Triumph in the early Seventies. It looks like the picture & text are recalling one of his victories on the F750 triple.
All of which is made stranger by the fact that the most famous number 9 in m/cycle racing history was that of American Gary Nixon, a former Triumph works rider! But that is definitely not Gary in the picture shown in the jacket lining.
