I just received the Havoc pants in the mail. I was also looking for something leather with the less aggressive appearance. Unfortunately I'm not the right shape for these. I am 6'1", 220# and wear size 38 jeans (same size I ordered these pants). For one, the seat/crotch/waist seems to be designed for one of those "emo" kids. The kind that wear their jeans skin tight. As soon as I sat on the bike I got a horrible case of plumber's crack. Second, the knee armor sat around my lower shins and it isn't adjustable. I'll be returning these and continuing my hunt.

Get on a plane, and fly into TF Green Airport in Providence RI. Rent a car and drive to the Vanson factory in Fall River, Mass, and get fitted for some custom riding pants. You will find it to be a worthwhile experience. Their quality is as good or better than anyone out there.
