It's the only one I like on Triumph's website. Anyone else have one?

Are you only interested in non-leather outerwear jackets? I have the Rivton leather jacket and I really like it. Well made, comfortable although a bit pricey! I haven't seen the Garrick but I tried on the Connaught at my dealer and it was pretty nice as well. I think they're all made by the same manufacturer so I imagine the quality would be pretty good. No armor on the Garrick though, gotta buy your own.

I already have a few leather jackets. I was attracted to the Garrick textile jacket just because it was $150 instead of $390 for the Rivton leather jacket. I really just want something officially Triumph with the logo on the back. I went to the 2 dealers in the Seattle area and neither had the Garrick. I guess they didn't think anyone would like it. But that's the only one I like...

If you like it (and the price) I'd go ahead and order one and get the CE inserts as well. It is a nice looking jacket. And you could wear it for casual evenings out too. The dealer price should be the same as ordering on-line and they may get faster shipping.

Once you get it, post a pic of you on your bike with your new threads. :-D

I know this doesn't answer your question directly, but I bought the Retro jacket a month ago and it's amazing! Too hot for 100 degree temperatures right now, but when it cools down a bit, it'll be perfect. The quality is excellent, better than the AGV or Joe Rocket jackets I currently own. The armor thing is a problem, but I was planning to buy some high quality stuff anyway.

Smile personal jacket

I purchased a tourmaster mesh jacket and rode in 100 degree weather on the last two weekends..kept cool and felt as though wearing just a t-shirt,I personalized it with Triumph patches from patch attack..a large 12 inch on back and 2- 4inch on breast pockets in front..total investment about 150 dollars and one of a kind!Armored on elbows and back..a great set up!!!

Shameless plug:

I have a size 44/54 for sale on eBay. It seems to be a very nice jacket, just way too small for me.

Shameless bump (since the classifieds forum isn't up yet).

I've lowered the starting price to $75.

It's rather irritating... They have what appears to be a leather version of the Garrick jacket in the background of the Triumph Clothing Experience. It's very handsome, in my opinion, but is apparently not for sale. I can't find mention of it anywhere, no matter how hard I look. How cruel, putting it there to tease me!

Just thinking out loud here, but did you see the Madison? It's close to a leather version of the Garrick. I have not seen one in person, but it looks like a nice jacket.

I own the Tornado (The original, Not the Tornado II) and I think it's the best textile jacket I've ever owned. For leather I have a Wested Indy jacket that is great, but not really designed for riding. Dang, I wish these Triumph jackets weren't so $pricey$!
