I can back up a few of the comments already made.
newenough.com is excellent to do business with and takes back things that don't fit with no hassles.
A riding buddy has a vanson one piece that is top quality. He went down on the track and it worked well. He's also fairly tall, maybe 6-2 or 3.
A guy I won't ride with anymore went into a ditch lined with sharp rip rap rocks wearing alpinestars leather. It held up amazingly well and saved him a lot of pain.
I wear an aerostich one piece most of the time. It's textile, but it is comfortable except in super hot weather. Great in the winter. Fairly waterproof after nikwaxing. Aerostich has lots of options on fit. aerostich.com

Dave -

The 36 Joe Rocket pants came in, but they didn't fit. I'm waiting on a set of 38's right now. I thing I may be able to get away with them zipped to my existing jacket. I have to say, I was highly impressed with the quality of the Blaster pants, considering they only cost $250 at shop prices.

If the 38's work, I'm going to use them through the end of the season, and get a two-peice suit over the winter. If not, we shall see. As per usual, anything that takes a while to decide tends to fall off my list - I spent the money earmarked for leathers on a milling machine this week.

Hey Man,
Someone already posted this idea, but it bears repeating...
You are way too close to the Vanson factory in Fall River Ma. not to take a run up there and see what they have.
Unbelievable quality, and if what they have on the racks do not fit you, I'll bet they would take it in the back and make it fit right then and there.
Or measure it on you, and do whatever needs to be done and ship them to you.
Really man, take a ride up there, you'll be happy you did.

Take a ride up to Vanson in Fall River.

I agree. I live in Madison, and in '02 went up to Vanson and got a regular 42 jacket and some custom pants. Now they are nicely broken in, and I'll get their stuff again. You get your money's worth.
