Does anyone have a RSD jacket yet? If so, please post your review.

Was looking at that one as well, out of my price range. Heres a link to reviews and video.

Find a place that has one and try it on. I have never seen a nicer leather jacket. The smell is

It also has lots of neat things like sleeve pocket, lanyard in pocket for spare key, cell phone and Napoleon pockets, cool netting for other things like larger items too big for pockets. The medium fit me snug but comfortable with room for armor.

If I can scrimp and save I might get one of these are they are only making 300 of each color

Been looking at this jacket as well, it looks beautiful but the price is up there.
I have an option to buy a used Schott 644 Single Rider cafe style jacket for much less.
Any advice on which one is a better jacket? I like the option to add armor to the RSD jackets plus the updated style is sweet, but the Schott reputation for quality is top notch.

Alright so I've had the jacket for a couple days and finally wore it today on the bike (85*F today) I just want to say..... This jacket is 100% BADASS!

First thing is definitely the smell. I read reviews saying this jacket smelled awesome but I have never owned a leather jacket so I thought nothing of it. As soon as I opened the box my I was greeted with the wonderful vintage, manly, animal smell that even follows the jacket as I rode to work to work (nice little bonus)

The fit is sporty, it's meant to sit close to the body and there is room for a hoody to layer underneath. Pockets for armor, I borrowed some bulky armor from my Cortech jacket until I order the RSD armor. Zippers in the perfect places, pockets where you need them, little tabs on the zippers to facilitate opening, great attention to detail went into this jacket. My favorite thing about the jacket is probably the snap-back collar. It seems like such a silly, overlooked idea, but it makes a huge difference in comfort and I guess it makes the jacket a bit more casual if need be.

The feel and overall look of the jacket is stunning. The leather is thick enough yet soft and already looks broken in. Already had one person ask if I bought it used (exactly the look I was going for!) You won't find anything like these RSD jackets in a sportbike or harley gear shop.

You have to see it in person, and touch it to realize how awesome a piece it is. It's modern cafe, functional but understated with bits a details from the past. I can't ask for anything more from this jacket, it was exactly what I was looking for to fit my Bonny black.

May get a Ronin. Any fit info? Can't find anywhere local to try one on.

Mine's "on the truck", will get here tomorrow. I'm 6'1", 220, and I ordered a "Tobacco" XL. The revzilla vid above says at one point that the jacket "runs 1/2 size small"...I'll file a report soon.
