I have the FirstGear Rainier and it recently got me through a very rainy ride without a trickle of water getting through. This Kilimanjaro may be a good one too. For US$ 139 it seems like a good bet.

Just a heads-up - I don't work for NewEnough but I do shop there a lot!

I own the Kilimanjaro 4.0. It's very weather proof but a bit bulky. It's also a great cold-to-mild weather jacket.
