watched the version IV of that... some good tips, neat videos. Can get the same thing from other internet sites, along with youtube videos - BUT - with it shown on the TV, it's easier to see what they are doing, and you don't have to search everywhere for the same instruction.

I do have an empty parking lot that I do try and practice low speed manuvers.
