Any of you guys and girls from the Tri-State area or anywhere near lower Fairfield County CT who want to travel up to Bennington on Friday morning, MAY 30th with the Ugly Ass Monkey Gang are welcome to join us. We will be getting together around 9 -9:30am on Friday morning in Norwalk CT right off route 123 on the Merritt Parkway. The meeting place will be at UncleCharlie's Mom's house where we will do some quick tweeks like air, chain lube, safety checks, etc. KICKSTANDS will go up at 10am sharp. We will follow some real lazy New England back country roads through lower CT, into NY State, back into CT and stopping for lunch 2 hours later in Falls Village CT where there is a great lunch spot called Toymakers. Greg the owner, reportedly has a huge collection of English iron and we are hoping to get a tour of his stable and machine shop. After lunch we will turn the lead over to Bucky who will lead us across CT into Mass and onto a beautiful part of RT 8 which will eventually lead us back to RT 7 and into Bennington. Depending on how energetic we are we will arrive in Bennington somewhere between 2pm - 4pm. Anyone who is interested in linking up with us can reply to this thread or PM me and we can get you some Clear-Cut directions to our start point, lunch point or our general route so you can join in anywhere you want.
