I was going to suggest that: durable, easy on/off, and stylish. Most appropriate for Triumphs as well, at least the older ones.

If we run out of duct tape we can just write our names on our arms or the backs of our hands.

I thought we were all going to get tattoos. Never mind, I guess I'm not willing to pull my pants down just to introduce myself.

Nice one!

Best we stay away from that form of identification. Everyone would think my name was "Mom."

Ooobaby, it was Whisper who made that assumption. Maybe it's a Tiger-owner's thing.

Best tattoo I ever saw was in the service. A Marine got drunk in Italy and came back to the ship with a big tattoo of rabbit ears coming out of his butt crack. Up on one hip was Elmer Fudd with his shotgun held at the ready. Elmer was saying, "Awwight, wabbit -- come outta dat hole!"

ooobaby,
I figure we all carry duct tape in case we see a disabled Harley. (I don't really mean that. I actually like some Harleys. Hey, I like all bikes!)

PS Ah Pete, the navy! Fond memories. One tattoo I loved was this guy had a squirel on his inner thigh reaching up under his shorts. The creativity of some swabbies. Or the worm with top hat and cane coming out of his belly button. Or, na, too many to mention.
