It's almost time for Round 2 of the AMA Superbike races. Round 2 is at Barbers Motorsports Park, Birmingham, AL (near Leeds, AL). Who's coming? Should be a great weekend, with lots of great racing!

The dates for the weekend is April 18-20, with the 18th reserved for practice. More information available on the Barber site (www.barbermotorsports.com) or at the BVMM site (www.barbermuseum.org).

I'm planning on coming out and bringin the wife. Don't know if I can swing a volunteer shift, but I am excited about the race! Hope to see ya there.

Nick, I'm working in the Museum on Friday morning, but, unfortunately, I've a major conflict for Saturday/Sunday. Enjoy the weekend!

turns out i'll be doing a volunteer shift on Saturday morning. if any rat members are around, come find the tall guy with a goatee wandering around the museum and say hello!!

The park's being spiffed up for the races next week -- April 18-20. It's really looking good (but when does it ever look bad???) Wish I could be there on Sunday, but it's not gonna happen this year.

Yep, I'll be at a Tandem Rally in East Alabama. Probably won't sell any bikes that weekend, but I'll definitely be riding them!

I'm so jealous! Don't know what they could possibly spiff up that place is beautiful.

Gonna have to make plans to attend an AMA race there in the future.

I'll be attending with my Ducati riding co-worker who managed to score us press passes that get us pretty much anywhere we want to be. I can't wait. Leaving Thursday morning. See you guys there. I'll be the one smoking a fatty on an 06 Aluminum Silver Sprint.
