That looks pretty good. I didn't realize they made BBQ above the northern border of Tennessee.

I'm originally from TN but now live in NH. Curtis' BBQ is one of the best I've ever had. The place is a hoot! I can't describe it.

I'll try to swing over for parts of the weekend.

Oh, I doubt it. Curtis will 'smoke' anything you dare put him up against!!

I've posted this before but here's a picture of my last plate I had from Curtis. And not only is it out of this world, you can smell his cooking from 1/2 mile away. Just follow your nose!



And I can dabble a bit with a BBQ myself!!



Oh! And then there was a Dominican joint I found in Washington Heights, NY!!
