How about some of you veterans giving this newb some info:

1. Camping in the infield? do you have to reserve a spot or just show up and throw down a tent?

2. Any insight to best times to be where? How far to the flat track races?

3. Places to get grub?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Check out www.motohio.com, they are a BMW, Ducati, & Triumph dealer and they just recently moved to Scarborough off Brice Rd. I purchased my Bonneville from them and they are great to work with.

I've bought 4 bikes from Hinds, including my current SpeedMaster.

They're just a hop, skip & a jump down the road from me. Ducati of Columbus on the east side has a nice selection of bikes too, but have yet to do business with them (I may see a BMW in the stable after retirement in a few years, still contemplating.)

I received a call from Peter Carleo. One thing that we talked about was Vintage Motorcycle Days. They are extremely excited about it. They will have a hospitality Tent for us Triumph guys, Catered food, special parking, give aways, Parade laps on the track, and special hours for Rat members for........wait for it..........wait for it.......the Demo truck. He said they are still in the works for other stuff.
