Improving Riding Skills and Training

Hi,

I started a post about best safety modifications to Thruxtons over here http://www.triumphrat.net/club-cafe/...der-400-a.html and due to the growing number of posts being made about improving riding skills felt there was probably a need for a seperate post.....so this is it

I will kick the ball off with this one I have seen and sounds great to me....I am considering checking it out for riders here in Victoria Australia. It uses HART trained instructors and is in an excellent motorcycling area - twisty roads and great scenery : http://www.hondamarine.com.au/wps/wc...29/About+HART/

The scenic winding roads of the Yarra Ranges are an attraction for touring motor cycle riders in Victoria. These roads can provide a challenge to the rider's skill. Unfortunately this leads to motorcyclists being over-represented in casualty crashes in Yarra Ranges.

Yarra Ranges is ranked 2nd highest for motorcyclist casualties out of all Victorian municipalities Generally higher rates of motorcyclist casualties are experienced in inner Melbourne, whilst the highest number of fatalities are concentrated in the hill country to the east of Melbourne and the west coast also has a high number of both motorcycle casualties and fatalities.
