Hansen dam Brit rally/Brit bike show
Just wanted to remind you So Cal people that the annual Brit rally at Hansen dam will be November 4th this year as far as i know. If anyone has different info post it here. But thats all i could find on it online.
For those unfamiliar, it's a fairly huge event that includes great examples of triumphs, Nortons, BSA's, and any Brit bike from any era. You'll find beautiful examples of them all there. Free to get in and there are rides that take place too if you want to join any of them. The event takes place in the parking lot that is right near the 210 freeway entrance, NOT the main dam parking lot at the west side.
If anyone has any more info or if i need to be corrected on the date, please post.

Bump reminder.......it's this sunday !!! gonna be nice weather. I'll be there probably around 9. Whos going? i know JRH and MES will be there. And meatwagon i believe is making the trek all the way from the san diego area. It's a great show with awesome bike, and if you get there before they run out, everyone on a brit sickle gets a T shirt. Bring a camera cuz you WILL see bikes you'll want to snap.

I'm in!
Thanks for posting the reminder Daz!
I've been wanting to meet up with some of you guys for awhile now. I'll be leaving the Upland/Ontario area early on Sunday (probably around 7:30 or so.) If anyone wants to meet up, send me a pm.
See you there.

I'm most likely going to show up on Sunday and try to arrive there early coming from Santa Paula. Question...If I take the 210, I get off at Foothill Blvd. and the parking lot is not that far down the road, is this correct?

That's correct, but the name of the offramp, at least when approached from the east, is Osborne St or Ave or whatever. It is probably the same when approached from the west. Regardless of the name, turn right at the end of the offramp and you will see the parking lot on your left.

Here is some more detail
http://www.socalnorton.com/calendar.html
"November 4 (Sunday) – 28th Annual Hansen Dam Ride, aka “Best Ride by a Dam Site”: Ride leaves at 10 am; show with “professional judges” for British bikes in six categories; ride pins for British-mounted riders; Cycle World calls it “…one of the country’s biggest classic bike happenings.” This is the 18th year of the Norton Club’s sponsorship of this event. Don’t miss it!"
Here is the address to the parking lot. You can't miss it when you get close.
11770 Foothill Blvd, Sylmar, CA
I'll be there but on my K1200S - Tires are a bit thin in the pants on the S3 now.

Oh, hell yes! We're both down for this one. Also, I'm looking for riders who want to add an additional 60 miles from Hidden Springs to the end of ACH. Any takers?
