Any riders in Upstate SC/ NC area?
I ride an 05 Thruxton. I live in Spartanburg, SC. Of the 6 friends I have that ride they are always too busy with other things to take off on their bikes. The majority of the people around here either 1- believe that the only motorcycle manufacturer in the world is Harley Davidson or 2-ride what they call crotch rockets, and mainly cruise them around town revving the motors with their helmets strapped to the tail and their hats on backwords, I like to call these kids "yo boys". Lame!
Anyway my point is that I am looking for some local people that ride. I dont mind riding by myself or sometimes with my girl on the back for a mountain daytrip. But it would be nice to hook up with some other riders and hit the road. If you are anywhere close to the Upstate of South Carolina, northwest Georgia, Western NC, etc. let me know lets plan a ride. Or let me know where you guys are already riding in the area. I dont see many other Triumphs out there it'd be cool to meet some more.

ride in upstate
I'm also in Spartanburg. I ride most weekends that have good weather (not raining, +50F), out HWY 11 to Caesars Head/Brevard or up HWY 9 to Lake Lure area. Sometimes ride with a fellow who has a Sprint ST.
Let me know if you're interested

Poyfect! We ride during the week as well. It's chilly in December--we rode a couple hours today and it were cold! But PM me and let's meet up. Not sure exactly where Boiling Springs is but it sounds nice and warm. Seriously, though, we'd love to ride with you!

I live in Laurens. I would like to join you for a ride to the mountains etc. I work a M-F, 8-5 schedule so other than riding to work most of my riding is on the weekend.
Looks like we might be able to get a group together. Keep in touch.
