The BVF #5 is this weekend. Vendor area is almost 100% sold out, w/only a very few spaces left. Should be a great swap meet.
Air show is scheduled for both Saturday & Sunday, weather permitting. Triumph is scheduled to bring their demo truck again, and, if they don't cancel, they should have the new T-Bird in the test ride fleet. (No rides if bad weather, but you'll still be able to look/see).
If you get a chance, check out the museum. See the new Triumph "Dirt Tracker" (it was in the atrium area yesterday), based on the Bonneville engine. Sweet! Not quite street legal, but.....
This year the trials and vintage MX will be on the new track, west of the road course. Lots of good viewing areas available, too.
The auction returns -- this year's auctioneer is Glen Bator. The auction will be Saturday afternoon, starting @ 2:00pm, in a huge tent set up west of the warehouse/south of the swap meet area. I checked out some of the bikes up for auction yesterday, there are definitely some sweet bikes up for auction, many w/o a reserve
If you can make it to Birmingham/Barber's Motorsports Park (Off exit 140, I-20), you should have a great time! More info available on the Barber Museum website,
