Are you refering to # 2 below:

Experienced RiderCourse(ERC)
The ERC Suite provides current motorcyclists lifelong opportunities for rider education and training. ERC consists of three separate one-day RiderCourses: 1) Skills Practice RiderCourse; 2) Skills Plus RiderCourse; and 3) the License Waiver RiderCourse. Availability is limited.

1. Skills Practice RiderCourse is designed for riders who have successfully completed the BRC or who possess basic riding skills.
2. Skills Plus RiderCourse is designed for riders who are already licensed and frequently ride. Passengers may participate.
3.License Waiver RiderCourse is designed for riders with permits who do not possess a state motorcycle license or endorsement. A state may use this as a license waiver course for experienced riders.

I was an NSF instructor/rider coach for several years in the Hudon Valley. Six years ago I moved to Florida and decided it was too hot here to be in the sun on the range teaching motorcycle safety. BUT... every 3 years I take the Skills Plus course to keep my street skills sharp. Sure, we all know what to do in an energency situation but we become rusty and fall out of the good habits in to bad ones. I'm always amazed at the bad habits I've developed in 3 years.

Tramas has a wonderful reputation for providing top notch instruction.... GO 4 IT, it could save our life!!!

divino, I'd take the MSF experienced rider course w/ you. I need it for insurance discount next year...

I'm also signed up for California Superbike School in May at Thunderbolt if you're interested. I'm going w/ a bunch of people and we may still have room in our hotel.

I didn't see a Mar 28th class available. I'd definitely be down to take it in Poughkeepsie though. But, the class seems to be scheduled for April 11. Mind you, I could make that work for me.

ANY training is worth the time and money spent.

The MSF ERC is a great course to sharpen your skills.

The MSF has also just released a new advanced class called the ARC-ST (Advanced Riding Course - Sportriding Techniques).

This is the civilian version of the Military Sportbike Course.

Check to see if this is available in your area as it will teach you MUCH more than the ERC.
