Well, the month is pretty much done...Xmas is here. So...if you have hankering to get out, and have the day off, I'll heading out on So Cal Norton's Run for the Roses. Its a short little run up to Newcomb's Ranch and back down to Luck Baldwins in Old Town Pasadena. If there is any interest, Send me a PM
Other wise, I'll start planning for January

How about a January ride to Joshua Tree? If you don't have a park pass it's about $10 for a day pass. I know it's quite a way for you OC guys, but I'm just thinking of ideas here I don't have to head west on the freeway .
After Long Beach, I am done with the freeways for a bit.
And, Yes, you have to take the freeway to the dessert, but it's not usually as bad going east.
I'll dig up and repost my route & lunch ideas soon.

Can a Tiger driver join up? Palomar is where I broke my new bike in. My bike had it's initial service done with no chicken strips. Just rode ACH (to I-15) last Saturday. Fun times!
EDIT~ Not wanting to overstep my bounds but.... I'd be willing to lead a group of riders on some of the "lesser known" roads of Sandy Eggo County if the need arises. I know some....

'Course you can, you'd be more than welcome.....I didn't know ACH was open all the way through again??
And I think we'd all be happy to share your knowledge of SD County's lesser-known roads at some point...I've ridden many of them myself down in the Palomar, Anza Borrego, and Ramona, etc. areas but always with a local to guide me or else I'd get lost.

Bo -> Post the ride when you got a chance, I have never been there, would like to see what the ride would look like, at least on a map.
ALL -> I was also really happy with the Julian ride, so I am good with heading down south again. Lot of miles down was great. Maybe we can take the back roads back too....if time permits.
Norty Flatz -> Tiger, bonnie, thruxton, Daytona, America, Thuderbird... honda, kawii, bmw (heehheemmm...cough..cough..Daz) -> all welcome .
We are all Triumph riders, but, friendly, riders is the only criteria in reality. Sounds cheesey but true, we just like to enjoy a ride, get to a spot ( two or three ), get some lunch ( or PIE ) and talk, see some views, take some pics...
BTW...Paul think your going to have to start the Jan post... your right christmas is here, I think the weekend right before new years would be the only day I would be able to go, possibly this month. So maybe we chill out, recover from all the stress ( sorry meant Joy) of December and plan for an early January ride ??

I've been here!!...the thought of crowds of people at a bike show has made me quiet lately.
Be careful in Santiago Canyon....I've had so many run-ins with deer lately in my truck that it's scary....
