Tell you the truth I was kinda bummed on this one, turn out of riders, time confusion, I think we tried to make the best of it. I felt bad for Ollie, and you too Darren.... usually we have a at least a couple at similar skill levels that can hang together, slow, mid, and fast ... sorry for holding you back / babysitting guys.

You guys didn't hold me back one bit, honest....I just wasn't in the right frame of mind today by a long shot, and I'm not a fast rider to begin with...I have some experience, but that doesn't make me fast by any measure at all. It's times like this I just feel like giving up on riding altogether....my head was just not in it today.

Sorry D, seems there is more to it than meets the eye, not trying to pry and even less on an public forum .... but I will say this you, in the little time I have known you, I know this ... you love to ride, period ... chin up, keep moving forward .... that is all we can do. Don't be discouraged .

This is one the more challenging in the area...with not a lot of traffic. The kind of road you can go up by yourself, and loose yourself in it. Thats what I love it so much.

Hey all. Sounds like you had a great ride, sorry I missed it. Ok, just read the fine print for the tix for the long beach motorcycle show, I said $10 ea, but we need a group buy of more than 20 to get 'em for that price. For a group of 10-19, the price is $11 ea and from the early indicators we should be able to do that easy. How do you want to do this? I have a paypal account so if you want to pay me there, I will grab all the tix in one hit so I should probably set a deadline for everyone that wants to go to respond. Lets say by this Sunday the 18th by 5pm, let me know how many tix you want and pay for them via paypal , my user email is tassiebikers@gmail.com and leave a note with your payment to let me know how it's for etc.

Some of us did So Cal Norton's Hansen Dam ride. Which is little big Tijunga, sand Canyon, soledad canyon, angels forest road. Its a great ride...aside from getting there. Im thinking for next month, Mt palomar. Maybe

You're a smart cookie!!...there is indeed some other stuff going on right now which is distracting me in ways I'd rather not go into...not a fun time in my life right now, TBH.

It'll work out one way or another.
