I checked in here last night for a time and place. I think everybody stayed home cause of the rain......

Anyway... I'm free all next weekend to ride.

Yeah, I was checking the weather radar last night and this morning. Saw a big system heading this way. Ended up riding down to the Heights for breakfast at The Big Mamou. Got a little wet riding back home, but at least I got a little therapy in.....

Chris, congrats on your teaching job. Ken told me about it. You would be good at it. Good skills and personality. I can't believe I said that.lol
They don't just give those jobs away. What kind of riding exam did you have to take. Can you do the figure 8 in the box? I just drove straight thru it to the next part of my test. I can't turn my head very well with the neck problem and there wasn't anyway I could turn that tight. I tried during our practice time and figured I wouldn't make an arse out of myself.

If it looks like the rain will hold out till later in the day tomorrow, I'm going to ride to Burton. Will eat lunch at the Burton Cafe or head on down FM 237 to Royer's in Round Top.........OR......a little farther down FM 237 to The Oaks Cafe in Warrenton.
