Cool Houston North East Side

Hello I am in the Huffman/Humble Side of Houston. Why Dont We Form Our Own Rat Group. We Dont Need British USA. They Cant Keep Any Staff Long Enough To Start A RAT Group. Someone Pick A Place To Meet And A Time? We Will Go From There.

+1 on British USA. It's a good idea to see if we can get some of the Triumph enthusiasts in the Houston area together for some type of informal meet/ride on a week-end, we have quite a few on Triumphrat.Net that live in the area. Maybe a restaurant/diner in a central location, to be determined later. Let's see how many replies there are to this thread, I'll keep watching. I live off 290 just outside the 610 loop.---James.

Exclamation Calling Houston, Tx. area Triumph enthusiasts, post up!

I've owned my Thruxton going on three years this June. It's fast enough with the minor "mods" to keep me satisfied, without being over the top. In the 16,000. miles I've put on it, reliability has never been a factor and it's reasonably easy to work on.

In the future PM me through this site, the moderators might get irritated if we continue to BS on the thread. There may be a reason that there isn't a RAT group in the Houston area; simple lack of interest. We might BUMP this thread a time or two more, (maybe around the weekend) to keep it on the Active Topics list to see if it generates any interest. As I said, there are a few members that live in the Houston area; let's wait and see what happens.----James.

Sounds Great!

I have been hoping we could get a group together up here. I'll be working on the bike this weekend, but after that, I'll be good to go.

Hey charlie c, It's Friday night and we have more viewers. Besides you and I, we have a grand total of two responses. The ride to Galveston (as organized by Lone Rider) might be fun; I don't feel optimistic about it developing into a regular thing, but I'm willing to give it a shot. This is the last time that I'm going to BUMP this thread; let's see if we get any more responses.---James.

+1
Hang in there for a little while. MOOT started with 2 guys with a low sales volume bike and in 5 years had like 700 of the nicest riders you ever met. There does't seem to be much Triumph activity around here yet, but it takes a while to get the word out. There must be at least 100 Triumphs in the NE quadrent of Harris Co. Think how much fun it would be to show up at Pop's or Yankee's with enough Triumphs to outnumber the HDs just once
