I am planning a trip to France sometime in jun/jul this year, does anyone know of any bike rallies/meets/jumbles/etc that are on in N. France (Loire valley up). Am interested in the Coupes-moto-legende type stuff but can't make it this year.. can't make the National Triumph day in Clermont-Frnd either..

Haven't been able to find much on the net so far.

thanks,

Rod

Rod,

I'm sure I've got a list of events that were published in one of the bike mags.

If I can find it I'll post up the dates and venues.

Which bike are you taking?.

Hi Rod -

Good luck with your trip planning in France. By the way, when is National Triumph day in Clermont-Frnd? Please advise.

I live in Aachen, Germany (4 hours north of Paris), and maybe be interested in riding the ol' Trident down there if it is a good event.

Thanks in advance

JJ,

sorry for delay in replying to your query.

For the triumph national day check out the Triumph website and click on Rat for France, it looks like quite a ferw French packs will ride in.. The guy who is organising it is bertrand.goyez@triumph.co.uk
I think it will be a very good weekend, as there is a chance to ride the local track as well.

P.S Sorry I'm not very computer literate.....!

Regards,

Rod
