Did the necessary Easter family deeds early in the morning.. then wifey told me my presence at my nephew's baptism was optional. Woot! That gave me about four hours of "dead air" before the next family function.
So, I geared up and blasted into the hills. I was trying to find the roads that connected the network of Kern County mountain roads with Tulare Counties roads.
I found them.
But... it's too early in the season. ****it. Lots of snow still up high... and the roads are closed.
But... it was a gorgeous day for a ride.
