Scramblin' above the Columbia

Just a short mid-day ride from Wenatchee Washington today, up above the Columbia River. Went a few miles up Swakane Canyon - a favorite playground of mine - until stopped by an impassable water/mud hole. Okay, while I was there a 4x4 Toyota FJ Cruiser went through it... I wasn't going to watch my Scrambler disappear into the muck! After Swakane, I headed up the Entiat River Valley, and up the Mad River Road until I ran out of pavement, and into roads reserved for snowmobiles this time of year! The little Triumph did just fine, once again:

All in all, it was a great mid-day Scramble! Regards, Guy

Yes I am! Went out again this afternoon when the temp nudged 50... Getting warmer... Did about 90 miles with 30 - 35 of it on dirt roads. Headed out to my friend's wheat farm. Still downright chilly up there on top. Great ride, and Triumph did a really great job of building a bike for rides like this!

Anyone else getting some dirt road riding in with their Triumph?

Nice pics. More and more I think the Scrambler is a pretty decent all around bike.
