Ever been to Glacier National Park? Awesome road right up over the top... Bighorn sheep, mountain goats, incredible vistas... Not too far from there of course is Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons.
Amazing places and well worth the effort.

Million dollar highway north of Durango Colorado through Silverton, awesome.
Black hills are worth a visit and sort of on the way to or from Glacier. Bozeman MT is another just great town for an evening off the road.

Everyone has mentioned very good ideas on travel out west, I live in Colorado near Rocky Mountain Nat. Park and you can enter the park on the east and travel up over the continental divide (Trail Ridge road) at over 12,000', great views and a great ride but it doesn't open til May 24th. Wherever you pick it will be a great trip for you!

I'd have to agree with everyone....all those places are great...just be aware, if you haven't done 'out west' before, how far everything is from everything else. Florida to Glacier is certainly doable in 2 weeks, but it ain't for the fainthearted. It would be a fantastic trip w/ pretty heavy riding days and most of the sightseeing would be done rolling. Great if that's what you like....and you could even stay south awhile and hit some of that magnificent SW country on the way. What a combo that would be!
In short, if you truly don't want to be on a schedule...or are willing to mix that point up a bit...I'd get a couple days hard riding in to get to a part of the country I wanted to see, and then slow down for the experience.
Whatever you do...post it in the trip reports...please. Sounds like a good one in the making.

AZ Route
Phoenix to Wickenburg to Yarnell to Prescott to Jerome to Sedona to Flagstaff via Oak Creek Canyon! Way Cool Route.
Breakfast in Yarnell at the roadside cafe. Grab a beer on Whiskey Row in Prescott, then dinner at the brewery in Flag.

Since I assume you're biking all the way -- rather than trailering out -- let me suggest heading up the heart of Florida into Georgia. Bypass Atlanta and go on up into NoGa, then on into NC & TN. Head west on US412 (look it up on your TN map) and follow it through TN & AR. Enjoy NoAR, one of the great places to ride that's just barely west of the MS. Go on up into MO and enjoy more of the Ozarks. Still got time left? Then head west through southern KS. Most people don't even know how great southern KS can be. Great sweepers/hardly any traffic (but watch your gas gauge -- hardly any service stations on the route, either. You'll need to go off the main road into town to find services & motels). Still got time? Then head south through eastern OK into NE TX. Go on down into TX Hill Country. You're probably out of time by now, so head it back east through LA, MS, AL, GA, then turn south back towards Orlando.
Enjoy!

You could spend a week in the Arkansas Ozarks and still miss a lot of good roads.

Shhhhhhhh...don't go tellin everyone about our great roads.
Seriously though, there are some really great rides in Arkansas. Several members on this site and arkriders can help you plan the best routes through The Natural State as well as help with finding lodging and other necessities.
