Thanks for posting. Glad you're ok! I live in north GA and have been on that route many times. Those decreasing radius turns can really get ya. I hit a piece of wood laying in the road up there one time and dropped my tbird. Last week I passed a bag of cement smashed out in one of the curves up near blood Mtn. It was nearly flattened out when I saw it, but sure would have hated to hit it when full.

You are very fortunate to live in such a great area. We will be back in the spring for the Buell demo days and plan to stay at Lodge in Tellico for a change. Or we may take the ladies and stay in Helen. Thanks for replying and say hey to Awsome Bill for me.

Great read

Thanks Burmbuster for an interesting report. Bummer about putting the bike down and I'll quote what my Mum (Mom!) tries to use on me - It could always be worse, at least you didn't hurt yourself!

Really enjoyed the read and look forward to another time when you post a story about your adventures.

Very good write up Brad. Love the way you did it with the pictures to go along with the different parts of the story. To bad you didn't have more pictures of events at the inn. Sorry about the off and am glad you came away okay.
