Need suggestions for Columbus to Dallas please!

I'll be taking three/four days to ride down. I would appreciate any suggestions on good twisty/scenic roads, places to see/stop/eat/stay etc.

So far my route includes the following and works out at about 1500 miles:

OH
Columbus S to Chilicothe
then to SW to Maysville on 41
KY
Maysville to Lexington on 68 (detour south onto 89 before looping back to Lex)
From Lex, go SW on 68 to just east of Glasgow
Drop south on 163/63/56 to Red Boiling Springs in TN
TN
west on 52/49/41/76 to Clarksville
west on 79 to the Land between the Lakes
north on the Trace back into KY to the top end of the Land between the Lakes
then mix of roads roughly SW to Mountain View AR
AR
west on 9 through Clinton and 16 through Ben Hur to 123
123 SW to Clarksville
mix of roads over Magazine Mountain to Mena
W over Talimena Skyline into OK to Talihina
Talihina SW to Dallas

Cheers!

Sorry mate - I checked this post about a week ago and didn't re-check before riding out on Saturday midday.

Instead of taking three/four days like I planned, I only took two and a half days due to work commitments. So I arrived last night (Monday) in Dallas, having done fifteen hundred and change. I'm knackered but it was worth it. Dawn 'til dusk riding, some great roads (and some bloody boring ones), heat and dust, burning cars, mad dogs and deer and the only way I can get my Draggin Jeans to fold is to jump up and down on 'em.
