One Woman, One Bike
During the summer of 2012, I embarked on what some call "an epic" journey. I rode my 2009 Triumph Bonneville 15,000miles/24,140kilometers to Central America from the Boston area round trip and my Bonnie was a trooper. Please visit my site to learn more about my adventure. What next for Missrider? A ride to Alaska will complete my North America ride, stay tuned for that...

Good for you. Fantastic vision, ambition and execution.
Hope to ride with you someday.

echoraven, Lalo is a true gentleman. Not a safe rider, but an amazing young man. Did I tell you all that he rear ended an SUV in Monterrey Mexico? Right in front of me, about 100 feet. About 150 miles from the border and that resulted from me finishing the ride alone.... at a great $$$ expense at the border since I did not have anyone to care for my Bonnie. Not fun, but I can claim "I did it alone". Good thing I am a good rider and don't tail gate like he did. I will post another blog about his misfortune when time allows. He is such a good person, I wish him all the best.

Glad you made it back safely. As a father and a husband I was concerned.
It was unfortunate how it went with the other LAMA members. Was considering joining so my daughter can get a look at my culture through a prism she is already familiar with (motorcycles). Your experience has made me rethink my decision.
BTW, let us know with greater regularity when you update. It was alot to read through yesterday, so I skipped the videos.
If you are ever near central Florida, my uncle and his wife are amazing cooks!
