AMA vintage motorcycles in Ohio

I notice that the rat has a meet of some kind scheduled for the vintage mc days in july.
Is there a meeting place and time?
What kind of things will be going on then?
Thanks....
Bill

We are all anxiously awaiting details from Triumph corporate regarding specifics of the event. Should be a great time, with tons of Triumph stuff on display.

Go to the AMA page. You will be in heaven. No need to worry about what Triumph has planned, IMHO. Whatever it is, it will not be the main attraction....

I already have the time off and have a relative only a half hour away. Hoping I can get a room for a few days. I don't care what there going to be doing, I'm sure it will be AWESOME!

If it is 1/2 hour away, why do you need a room? There will be people riding farther than that daily from their hotels! Can I just with your relatives? LOL

Tickets & Camping

If you plan to camp at VMD, you will want to order your pass beforehand. Last year, all the sites were gone when I arrived. Passes are $35 and can be ordered at http://www.midohio.com/

If you have the time, go for the Vintage/Supercycle Combo pass that gets you into VMD, allows you to camp at the track all week (nice camping facilities) and then catch the AMA Superbike races the following weekend.

Regardless, VMD is a must any year!

A room at the relatives house. We're not that close of a relative, my step mom in laws brother (step uncle in law?). Not sure if he'll let me stay there!

?

Will we be getting tickets /directions/ or anything in the mail from Triumph ? Sent them my $35 several weeks ago and have not received anything. Will I receive anything in the mail or do I just show up ? If we're supposed to just show up.....where & when ?

I ordered my camping pass & event ticket from Mid-Ohio and received that in two days.

Also, will the AMA be printing any kind of schedule for the event/races ? The AMA site lists some of the activities but gives no scheduled day or times.

Sorry for all the ?'s
Just don't wanna miss anything.

Thanks.
