There should be a good group there. We had a pretty good time at last years Pocono Raid. Went there with 6 members of our Rat pack. Was hoping to make Gettsburg, but it doesn't look like work will cooperate with the schedule. But I'm still scheming to make it happen.

If anyone was going up alone and wanted help with the hotel stay or just someone to ride up with or what ever. I love to put major miles on the bike but driving by myself and hanging out by myself is getting a little old. I just thought it might be a good idea if someone gets a NJ group together and we can all take part as the RAT pack from NJ. I think that sounds alot better than going up by myself.

We'll probably start heading down to Gettysburg the morning of Friday the 21st. We like to put a few miles under us before stopping for breakfast along the way. The tentative route is Route 80W to 81S to US 15.

Erwin, we usually go that way (78/81/15) but that construction & congestion on 78 can be murder on a Friday if it's still ongoing. I'll check on that as the event draws near.

80 west on a Friday morning shouldn't be bad at all, and 81 south over the mountain is a nice ride for a slab. We shall see...

Good point, I forgot about the construction.

I agree, 81 is a nice ride
